Joline Lenz’s career includes over two decades of leadership, entrepreneurship, and recruitment expertise. As the former CEO of HS International, a successful mining recruitment firm, she and her team placed technical, corporate, and leadership talent globally. In 2014, her company was acquired. She enjoys podcasting and sharing inspirational stories of those courageous souls who pursue their heart’s calling in A View Beyond the Ordinary.
